Prices are in EUR but you can pay in any currency through Paypal (+1.9% Paypal fee on top of your purchase), or
pay by bank transfer to our IBAN bank account. We accept worldwide payments.
Shipping costs: 5.90 EUR
We ship from within the EU, so there’s no import tax for european customers.
Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL or local postal services with tracking and insurance.
For bigger items: Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Meteorite slices and small specimens are generally shipped as registered and insured mail.
Please let us know your prefered declaration for your local customs procedure if needed.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days.
Please notify us by email before sending anything to our contact adress which we provide.
Note that we can not assume the return fees. Please make sure to send valueable items well protected and insured. After receiving your return we will refund your order as soon as possible.
